Made a bone-headed mistake on my application. With a time deadline quickly approaching, I called and explained my predicament. Had me come down and drop off the paperwork. Rose (one of the staff members) couldn't have been more helpful, more friendly, or more courteous. Recommended we go have lunch since she didn't have a reviewer on hand and to come back in 45 minutes. When we got back, paperwork had been reviewed and accepted! Rose, you saved my backside...and the day. Governor Kelly owes you a raise...a big one!

I needed an apostille (had to look that up first) and the people working at the Kansas Secretary of State's office could not have been more accommodating, cheerful, or competent. Phone was answered promptly, with the correct information, and when I showed up in person I was helped immediately. Kudos to everyone who was so helpful and friendly.
