Product Quality issues, slow corrective response. Credit for failed/creased glue seams refused unless new order given. After 3 orders and iffy quality, it was better to move on to a new supplier and lose the credit. Color/printing was good. Appearance was good. One entire order made from under spec board but charged for correct spec. We caught the error and the next order was discounted, but our customers received lightweight boxes that we later discovered were damaged more easily in transit. Overall, disappointed with quality control and follow-up service.

27NOV23 I didn't see any of the negative things being said about this place. I had an 11am appt but, called ahead to two then I'd be late because they're was a bad crash. The girl in the phone was great, the receiving guy on the phone was great, the receiving guy at the dock was great, they got to me quick and unloaded super fast. So, maybe everyone caught them on a bad day or, maybe everyone was less than nice, I don't know but, my experience was outstanding. Thank you Kaweah staff

I arrived 30min prior to my 1pm appointment, I called to check in and the gentleman said I would be able to get unloaded once the truck in the dock was done. I was in and out, and it only took the forklift guy 10min to unload me.

Appointment was scheduled for 0630 this morning 12/06, checked in by phone at 0552, bumped dock 0607. Unload complete at 0625. Jesse was very professional. Great experience.....👍

A terrible place to go. My appointment is for 12.30pm ,checked in at 11.30am was told i was the third truck in line to be unloaded. Well not true checked in two more times and each time was told i was the next one total BS. It is now 3.30pm and still no sign of getting a door to unload. management needs to check up one the shipping and receiving dept.this is nonsence no reason for all the delays. They close at 5 so maybe they will unload me by then unless they come up with another excuss like , ( IM SORRY I CALLED IN THE WRONG TRUCK TO UNLOAD) really this is one very unprofessional place.hope management checks out the problems soon ..

Adding this one to the list of places not to deliver loads to ever again. Shouldnt have to wait hours and hours to even get on the dock. Should take all of 20 minutes to pull 6 drums off each truck. Get em off and get on to the next truck in line. Never again.

Docks are on Bradham st. Park on street and check in by calling 559 number . You can find it on google maps and they have it posted on opening gate as well. I had 9 am paper roll delivery appointment. I checked in at 8:15 am and got dock at 8:50 am. Was out at 9:30 am. Slide your axels and put paper work in the back of your trailer. Will definitely deliver here again. Forklift guy was nice and friendly. Easy in n out !
