Chris Rose of KB Complete Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out on 04/09 to give me a bid to replace old burnt out low-voltage landscape lighting with new LEDs fixtures and assisted me in creating new designs for other zones of my property. The very next day, he arrived punctually at the scheduled time and walked the property with me to finalize the design and placement of the new fixtures.

Chris is very courteous and professional and has a very easy/going demeanor and pleasant personality and listens attentively. He executed the installation with expert craftsmanship with attention to detail that satisfied our expectations. He was joined by Logan and later Sergio and both gentlemen were equally as polite, courteous and professional. They were all exemplary examples in showing what good customer service to clients should be and they represented the company as if they were primary owners who valued customer service that promote return clients and loyalty. My wife and I were so pleased that we signed up for KB’s annual service and maintenance for our Heating and Cooling systems for late fall and early spring. I would highly recommend this company to others and especially those three fine gentlemen.

This is the second time in two weeks that we used KB Complete for two different projects. Phillip arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our leaky washing machine faucets. He was timely and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He shared his knowledge of improvements that could be made but nothing high pressure. I am very happy with this company, their good work and fair prices. They will be our go to moving forward.

This is the third time we have used KB Complete. This time we purchased a Trane HVAC system. Our contact, Matt Merget was professional and walked us through eery stepm of the way. We were offered 0% financing to make the purchase more manageable. I felt the price was little better than the other 4 estimates I reeived. The closer was that I knew I was buying from a reputable company, and they gurrantee their work. They instill condifence in their work.

Yesterday, Chris Rose came to both my home and then my parents’ home for routine electrical inspections. He found some issues at both homes (one built in 1961 and the other in 1952). He thoroughly explained the issues in easy-to-understand terms. I asked if he’d speak to my brother and he graciously agreed so all of us spoke via speaker phone. During this time, there were tree trimmers in my parents’ back yard working close to where the power lines attach to the house. Suddenly we lost power and heard a buzz and Chris rushed out to talk to the tree men. Chris determined that one of tree men was attempting to re-attach a cable to the house that they had not knocked loose but he was re-attaching it out of kindness. Evergy was called and when he arrived, I asked if he would talk to Chris and he agreed and I called Chris and they discussed the electrical arc and loss of power. Chris is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind. KB is an excellent company that has done other work at both homes and I recommend them highly.

Quality is hit or miss. Most of their plumbers are good but all it takes is one bad one to cause water damage.

Their tech did not follow manufacturer's instructions and installed a wax ring on a backflush toilet, which clearly stated to use a neoprene ring instead. Caused water damage and mold in bathroom. Because damage did not become apparent until after 2 year warranty expired, supervisor James avoided responsibility, bringing an internet search that says "it's ok to use a wax ring". Thanks James. Next time read the instructions you loser.

I'm done using KB Complete after using them for everything HVAC and plumbing for 10 years. Buyer beware if you use them.

Chris with KB Complete did a great job replacing 6 faucets in my house. He also checked out all the plumbing in my house which I really apreciated because I just bought the house last October. He also flushed my tankless water heater which was overdue for servicing. Thanks Chris.

Justin did a complete evaluation of our boiler, made recommendations that needed to be made, offered best solutions to our repair and he was very pleasant to work with.
We also had multiple people who assisted with our sewer repair who did great work and kept us updated on all issues, repairs, who would be working on site, when they would arrive - kept us in the loop with all our needs to get the sewer line open - thank you to all who assisted - Eric, Robert, Alex, Jonathan, Kylee, Matt and Rachel, Josh and Demetri in the office. We appreciate your efforts in getting our lines fixed and functioning again.
