I’m so glad we worked with Kelley Babb for our home renovation. He was always quick to respond and was flexible with our schedule. We totally revamped our kitchen and Kelley’s ideas for making the kitchen island larger and the placement of cabinets were spot-on with what we were hoping for. He was also able to pivot during our project and work with our new ideas when they popped up, which I really appreciate.

There were no surprise costs, and if an issue popped up, I knew he’d make it right. (Which isn’t always the case with other contractors.) We are THRILLED with the results!! Plus, I think we would have paid more if we had gone with a different contractor. Their customer service was fantastic and the sub-contractors who came into our home were always kind and trustworthy.

We won’t hesitate to use KC Builders & Design again if we have a future project to work on.

KC Builders finished our basement in our house that we had just purchased. Going into it we just wanted to get through it assuming it would be a long process that would drag on forever. We could not have asked for a better experience. It started with a great design and ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. Then the open communication with Kelley and Laurie was more than we could have asked for. We knew the complete schedule everyday of who was coming and when. The subcontractors were very nice and did great work. They were open to changes and had a do whatever it takes to stay on schedule attitude. We cannot stress how happy we are with this entire process. Our basement turned out better than we evee imagined. Kelley and his entire team are the absolute best. Thank you to the entire team.
