Kelley‘s construction is the best roofers that I have seen and did a great job on my house roof. Miss Brenda came in and already had my quote ready on the spot. She’s a very sweet woman and she knows what she’s doing. She’s the best. They are very prompt and reasonable. They tore off and replaced my roof in one day. I highly recommend them to replace your roof. They’re the best.

After getting some quotes from a couple companies for a metal roof that were astronomical, I was extremely happy to have been recommended Kelley Construction. Their price for a shingle roof was more than fair and they made sure to use the best materials for the job as well. The job took them only 1 day and they made sure to not only fix the leaks that I had, but also improve my roof by adding a ridge vent as well. You can see in my photos that I had vents with many leaks around them. It was a large issue and no insurance companies would insure the property in this condition. After the amazing work from Kelley Construction, I was able to get a great insurance price the next day. Couldn’t be happier with my investment and will definitely be working with Kelley Construction again in the future.

Kelley Construction replaced my roof on my home and did an excellent, excellent job!! The owners Shaun and Brenda were great to work with. Shaun completed my home first initial roof inspection and made recommendations. The workers worked very efficiently and were very respectful of my property (including my flowers). I could not have had a better experience with obtaining a new roof for my home in Manning! Brenda and Shaun Kelley made the perfect team for taking care of the needs of this customer. They went above and beyond to educate me on roofing materials and guided me on my choices. Their crew accomplished everything in one day and clean up was extraordinary! At my request, Mr. and Mrs. Kelley were even able to provide help with recommendations of other area contractors who could add some finishing touches to my home (trim, insulation, etc.). Pricing was very reasonable and they easily accommodated my schedule, all within a matter of days. I have no hesitation with giving them a perfect review. Brenda came to our house. She talked with me about the products they use. She gave me a starting date and time, and an approximate finish time. She handed me an estimate right then. After checking prices, I knew she was giving me a good value.
Her crew and she arrived at precisely 9:00 am and they were finished by 4:00pm with our gutters and guards. She had Shaun check out my roof to see if it was damaged and if a replacement was needed.
Brenda Kelley is professional but she is friendly and is able to read her clients. I would highly recommend Kelley Construction for your gutters or a roof replacement.

I want to THANK THANK Kelley Construction for working a miracle for the Hicks family house. I had contacted them when we were in an extreme urgency and the wonderful Ms. Brenda Kelley grabbed the ball and ran with it. She was so kind and awesome to work with and she is a woman of her word. All the paperwork was properly prepared and next thing we knew her roofers was on the job and completed the roof in one day. It is so beautiful. I strongly recommend Kelley Construction of Sumter; I had suffered roof damage from TS Helene's high winds and was worried about the forecasted wind gust from Hurricane Milton, Brenda and Shaun were able to schedule me in a timely manner, at a reasonable price and finished it all in one day. I'm very thankful to them for the peace of mind of having a solid roof again.

Shaun and Brenda were absolutely fantastic to work with when we were getting our roof replaced. They were so accommodating to our schedule, and the work was performed quickly. We had a few things we didn’t like (cosmetically) after the installation and they came right back out and fixed everything without skipping a beat. Plus they were both very knowledgeable and very friendly. We would highly recommend them for your future roof projects.
