This place is ridiculous. They have dropped trailers double stacked in front of where you have to back in. There is not enough room to to back in safely, or a place to pull in off the street. You have to have help from other drivers to even have a chance. You can't park off the street, because you will be in the way. There is absolutely nowhere in their facility for you to turn around either. They have 5 to 10 trucks coming in at the same time to get unloaded. People parked across the street at an unused building.Do yourself a favor and stay away.

***Kellogg's get rid of all the dropped trailers or find yourself a drop yard. Even your yard guy can't pull them out with someone in the way. How is a OTR truck supposed to do any better? If I got my hood taken off by a driver, I would find you personally responsible. We had drivers out there directing traffic, while your workers left the problem to us to solve. We don't need to be sitting on the street or driving around Kansas City, because there is no room for us at our appointed times. Your lack of planning doesn't constitute an emergency on our part.

Receiving is on Sunshine, shipping is on 69.
Friendly people! They stopped putting two rows of trailers in the receiving area, so there is plenty of room to back in. Arrived 20 mins early for a 14:00 appt and was unloaded by 14:30.

Gave them an extra two hours to have load ready, only to get there and be told it will be another 4-6 hours before it's ready. Add this place to the list of places I won't be returning to.

Easy backing now that the double stack of trailers have been dropped down to 1 row. .
Very fast unloading. I would suggest coming close to apt time or calling and asking if you can get I'm early. They probably will say yes.
John Jackman was receiver when I arrived. He was very informative, gave clear direction, was fast and friendly. Wish all receiver's were as professional as he was.
4 star instead of 5 because no O/N parking. But they don't have the space.
I would take more loads going to this location.

Let's get this to the top. I'm one of the Hostlers for Kellogg/Kebler. Here to help with answers I give the most during my shifts.

Empty trailers are dropped off on the west end of the property. It's on Sunshine Road. We stopped the double stack, so there is much more room. (For all of us) slide axles back and find a hole along the fence. Bobtail over to the east side of the building. It is on 69. Paperwork is by dock door 1. The loaded trailers are in the row along the southeast side. Mind the bollards (yellow poles) pulling your trailer out is going to be a bit tight. It's doable. But there are 4 spots where you might be better off asking one of us to get it for you. Speaking on the loaded line. It's a little cramped because it's a pretty high traffic area. Shipping and receiving is open 24 hours. (I work one of the overnight shifts and I'm more than happy to assist. Even if I'm super busy.)

Every load that comes out of this place is 30,000 lbs and up. I booked a load out of here for 11890 lbs. They laughed at me. The reviews about this place are spot on. This used to be a good place years ago. Sunshine Biscuit co. Now it’s Kellogg. Don’t come here unless you’re ready to haul max weight for the price of your fuel.
Not to mention the yard driver John who’s ready to attack you as soon as you pull up.
Shipping office is on hwy 69 side of the building. Drop your empty on the opposite end of the building along the fence. Not in the gravel.
Good luck!!!
Be advised:
This is a trap….
You drop your empty and come back to get your paperwork only to find out that your load is super heavy. You go back to get your empty and they have already put it in a door.
You can lose your empty. They know what they’re doing. Best to avoid this place altogether…
