I ordered a pair of insulated bibs Overalls 4th of December, and paid shipping to receive them in 3-5 business days .I have called the customer service women was very rude told me a week ago my order was in Kansas City. Which there tracking shows they are still in Fort Scott Kansas waiting to be picked up by carrier would really like to cancel order and get my money back, very poor company to do business with.

Edit: I do believe your response, however I am happy to send some correspondence to you from Danyelle, she may need some retraining in customer service. But overall I'm glad we were able to get this resolved thanks to Crystal.

Would be 1 star, but thankfully they have an actual decent human working there who took care of me. Their customer service (outside this one awesome exception) is pretty abysmal. Be wary before you buy, the accounts page is non-functional, their order cancellation policy is 'we don't accept cancellations', and you'll be forced into their lengthy and expensive 'send it back to us' Thankfully, I was rescued by the kind rep who cancelled my order (placed on a Sunday evening, circumstances required me to cancel, an hour later I sent the cancellation via email). As a manufacturer I'm sure they're great, just don't expect them to be a modern online retailer.

So I ordered my pants and 3 shirts. Color on the shirts was not a concern. When I was contacted both by phone and email, I chose a color that was discontinued I picked an alternative that was at a higher price. They matched the lower price. That's customer service. I have had to return jeans and I had the same experience. Key wants to make sure you are satisfied. They win.

Ordered three new chambray long sleeved work shirts online. Delivered quickly, the shirts are tops. I have had five of these, wore the heck out of them for about five or six years - finally had to spring for new ones. Please, Key, do NOT change anything about these shirts. The price is reasonable, and the quality is outstanding. I fall trees in them, buck and split firewood, dig, work carpentry, and at home garden on five acres. These never fail me.

Don't bother ordering from them, just go to the store and buy them it's definitely much faster. I thought that if I ordered directly from them it would be a good thing boy was I wrong about that. We will probably buy Carhartt next time after this awful experience.

The carpenter jeans 44x30 arrived, I've had to rip the inseam & add an additional 2.5 inches to the crouch area-I did this by inserting a tapered gusset. Sure would be nice if the correction could be done when the jeans are cut out. This would certainly solve my problem & many others that might be receiving the same complaint...Not enough crouch area.

Key does not have a store any longer...i drove from Butler Mo to them..haulin a**..got there and talked to a man that said he couldn't even take an order from because he said they were gone for the day and mind you they don't close till 5pm and I was there at 4pm..this man didn't even offer me the catalog he was looking at or would not even try to help in any form or fashion..i will not buy key products ever again, and I will post across any social or business media there down right laziness and incompetent behavior. Key sold out a long time ago. They do not support Americans! Sent manufacturing outside the USA and screwed good people here. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KEY .
