Needed a duplicate key fast. Your kiosk is conveniently located at the supermarket I frequent. They have another man-assisted machine inside but I used yours for simplicity and promptness. Great!

Wasted 20 minutes of my time collecting information, then texted me a few minutes later and said there were no techs available! Don't be fooled by the local location tag, they obviously make an appointment then scramble around to try and find someone to do the work.

I ordered a car key. I wish these expensive keys had metal to connect a keyring to. The plastic head will be the point of failure on this key. Cut edges were also very rough and sharp with many tiny metal splinters. I wish someone had run a wire brush over it before sending it out. The key arrived in good time and worked.

Key quality was OK, some rough edges that make use trickier then it should be. I had Ford truck keys cut which required mailing them to be to me which was not what I thought when considering KeyMe. Better than nothing.
