He was polite and professional when he came out to give me an estimate. After choosing him to perform the job, he was unable to locate the steel material needed for the job. I asked what was needed and used those details to locate and order the materials myself. Once I received the materials I called him back. He said he was busy and to call him a week later and I did. This time he told me that his welding rig was in the shop. So I called again the next week and the week after and the week after as well as texted. I have no response and $600 of steel sitting in my yard.
