Our visit to Kim’s Piano was an absolute DELIGHT ?

My girlfriend and I went in, hoping that they had a Kawai CA701 in store that we could try. Of course they had it — along with seemingly pretty much every other model of every piano ever made — and they were happy to let us play (with) it for as long as we wanted. So that was awesome.

But the best part was when we got to talking to Steve and Kristie. Even though we’re from Europe and they knew we couldn’t really buy a piano through them (we just wanted to see that particular model in action), they were super friendly and super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They are truly great at what they do.

Bottom line, we had an absolute blast and would recommend this Kim’s Piano location to literally everyone.

I don't visit piano stores.
My first visit to one was 22 years ago. This was the second time. Didn't know what to expect but Steve here was there and helped me buy a Kawai digital piano. What a great person! He made sure for me to get exactly what I was looking for.
I also had an honor to meet and chat with the founder Mr. Kim.
Thank you both.
And the piano -- what a joy to be able to play it everyday!

We are so happy we found our dream piano for our son at Kim’s Piano Store. We purchased a beautiful 2018 Yamaha C3X and we are so happy with the price and the customer service we received from Kristie. Her customer service was above and beyond. She made our online piano shopping experience easy and hassle free. She made herself available to answer all our questions and provided us useful informations through texts and calls. She even sent us a video of the piano being played to help us get a better idea of the sound quality of the piano. And most of all she took the time to personally lead the delivery of the piano and meet with us here in our own home. (She came all the way from LA to Roseville) which we appreciate alot. Our piano was delivered seamlessly, safely, and in such pristine condition! Oh, I just can’t say enough good about what a wonderful experience we had! We highly recommend! Thank you very much.

I would do it again!
I bought a piano from Steve at Kim’s Piano and I am very happy with the entire experience! Steve is a great salesman. I don’t mean “salesman” in a negative way at all. He listened to my every word, showed me some options in my price range and after a while of me agonizing over which one I should get, he showed me the best one. He really nailed it! Not only was it exceedingly beautiful with its mahogany finish, but it also sounded great too! On top of all that, it’s by a very reputable brand, Young Kim.

I’m a beginner so I didn’t have a big budget for a piano suitable for a pro, but I came out of Kim’s very satisfied and eager to practice. Zero buyer’s remorse! This thing blows away my keyboard! It sounds so good that it even makes me sound like a better player. ?

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the delivery experience. The delivery boys arrived 5 mins early and were very professional. They very quickly moved Fredi (I named my piano after Frédéric Chopin. She loves Chopin.) into position. They took my directions very well and in no time, they were gone. Easy, peasy.

Do yourself a favor and go see Steve. He’s an excellent salesman, but an even better person. He’ll treat you right and find you the piano you want.

Me and my husband were looking for a baby grand piano for my daughters and I came to Kim’s Pianos. There, we met Steve and he was very professional and friendly. Since me and my husband didn’t know how to play piano, Steve was able to play a few songs from different pianos. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us the differences between all the pianos. We were able to choose a high quality piano that was in our budget. We are very happy with our purchase and the services.
