RESPONSE TO OWNER - Every single one of our mowers we bought from you was in the shop with one problem or another within the first 30 hours of use. Additionally, when you put on a brand new belt and it snaps within the first 10 hours of using it, and then happens again, and again, then again, then again another 10 times - it’s not a problem with wear and tear. It’s a mower problem… that you tried to pin on me as if it were my problem and my fault. It is literally still happening on a weekly basis even now but we don’t bring it to you anymore because of your terrible service. Your stand on mowers have been the worst investment we have made.

You absolutely are not committed to your customers as you claim. Me and all my managers have had an awful experience dealing with you. We have bought 15+ mowers since originally working with you, and they are all John Deere - and we couldn’t be happier with their product and customer service.

Original review:

Same story as everyone else on here.

Customer service and support is not only non-existent, it seems as if they are intentionally trying to aggravate you and treat you unfairly. I bought 3 stand on bad boy mowers from them and they all have consistent issues.

1 - They charged me for work and parts that should have been covered under warranty and got nasty with me when I called them on it.

2 - They will not give you a loaner while your machine is in the shop.

3 - The turnaround times are horrendous.

4 - I have literally had 1 to 2 mowers at a time consistently broken of the 3 I bought.

I got to the point where I have started taking my Bad Boy mowers to their competitor down the road (John Deere) to get them repaired. They do a much better job, the service is great, and they are a pleasure to work with.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. You will regret doing business with them.

The day I was going to place an online order for new mower blades, Danny called me to ask if I needed any parts for my mower I bought from Kingline a year ago. Although the price was slightly higher, I was happy to buy them from my local dealer and glad Danny took the initiative to reach out to me. And the blades work great!

Danny is absolutely awesome. I have the parts manual from when the tractor was originally bought way back in 1987. So….. of course New Holland has had about 10 part number updates since then. I emailed him a picture of my manual with the parts I needed and the original part numbers which he had to decipher to find the current parts numbers which he successfully did. Thank you Kingline in Summerdale for helping an old man in need.

I gave them a great review when I bought my equipment. Sales wise they are fine. Now I've owned this excavator a month and only been able to operate it for 8 total days due to implements not showing up on time and parts failure. Now getting complete run around on not only parts that still have not been delivered but parts failing and back and forth talk on when or if they will get new parts in for it. I was happy with my purchase. Not so happy with service after the sale even paying extra on repair insurance and warranty and been waiting for answers for literally a month on some parts . And days on the failed parts.

If you purchase an excavator from Kingline Equipment in Summerdale and the cast metal lock breaks and the dealer is taking too long to get the part, be prepared to fix it yourself because you cannot rely on this company to do their job to rectify the situation. Never buy from Kingline Equipment in Summerdale. Been waiting 2 months so far on the parts and equipment my husband purchased with the machine. They told him today that it's gonna be another month. Ridiculous and unacceptable. They expect my husband to hold up his end of the contract, yet 3 months after the purchase, he MIGHT have an operational machine. Maybe longer, according to them. When he purchased the excavator, he was verbally told that there would be loaner equipment provided should there be a problem with what he purchased if the machine was down for a certain number of days. Lesson learned the hard way. Should've gotten it in writing, because now the salesman swears he "never said that".
My husband has only been able to operate it for 8 total days due to implements not showing up on time and parts failure. Now getting complete run around on not only parts that still have not been delivered but parts failing and back and forth talk on when or if they will get new parts in for it. Not happy with service after the sale even paying extra on repair insurance and warranty and been waiting for answers for literally a month on some parts and days on the failed parts.
Scammers. What a bunch of garbage. Do not waste your time or money on Kingline Equipment in Summerdale. They line their pockets and skimp on their end of the contract. They would not provide names and contact information to file complaints. (Luckily we got the info on our own.) No follow through. Passing the buck. Lies. Broken promises. Unacceptable delays. Dangerous equipment failure that can cause death and/or injury due to their improper installations. No returned phone calls or emails after a month of reaching out to the company. Total avoidance on their part. The run around. Bad business. Steer clear.
Costing us money daily. Kudos to my husband for being persistent in demanding the answers and customer service he deserves. Worst customer service I've experienced in many years. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Im sure this review will get "reported".
