Terrible service!! Mu husband and I went to this place, the owner was really unfriendly and said he couldn’t help us at that moment that we needed to make an appointment so I asked for a business card to call and make the appointment he said he didn’t have any that we needed to make the appointment thru Instagram, I mean if it’s a business they must have business cards!! I found what I was looking for somewhere else and I’m never going back to this unfriendly, unprofessional and rude place

Absolutely terrible experience with Jorge. I showed up and discussed what I wanted done to my existing cart. There was a cart that he already had on display so he said all carts are similar and measurements are the same. I told him I wanted two side tables and explained in detail how I wanted it. After describing everything I wanted and him clearly hearing me out, he quoted me $69 + tax for what I wanted. He told me to just send him a text whenever I wanted to bring the cart down — well, I sent two messages the following week (one on Monday and the other on Wednesday), both times he ignored my messages. I ended up calling him the following week and he answered (was surprised). We discussed bringing my car in but he seemingly forgot everything we talked about and tried saying it was $69 plus extra bcuz I wanted stainless steel, blah blah blah. I told him we discussed everything when I was there but he brushed it off by saying “well that was a guess.” Wow! Absolute terrible salesman and businessman. It’s a sham. Beware of this dude. Do not give him business or he’ll try to play you like he tried to play me! I’ll make sure to tell all businesses never to come here

This is a great place if you are looking for any kind of cook ware, for indoor or out. The customer service is excellent! Bought a dual outdoor propane stove and they were more then willing to test and dial in the stove. Give me pointers on how to adjust and use the stove to it's full potential. Totally recommend stopping by if you are looking for cook ware!
