I stopped to buy gas. I went to the window to pay cash. I have hearing issues & could not understand the cashier,& There was another employee behind her that was literally laughing because I could not understand. I'm 67 & wear hearing aids, but speakers are hard for me to understand. I felt put down,& made fun of openly, & truly did not understand why this woman was being hateful to me. I drove over to the store, spoke to the manager. He said he would go over & talk to them. I did not feel that any of them cared how I felt at all. Treating people with disrespect cannot be a Kroger policy, but the Cabot store is doing that today. It seems it's a hostile place for seniors with hearing issues for sure. Kroger , please retrain your hateful employees with sensitivity training. Older people deserve better that what I experienced today. I would love to hear from a district manager on this.... thank you.

They open early in the morning and close little late. It is very convenient for who works different hours!

Most of stuffs were very friendly and helpful all the time. This store always have great quality vegetables and fruits, also Kroger's original products are very reasonable price!!
I love this store!!

Produce was “picked over”. Several advertised items missing from the shelves. If there isn’t time to go elsewhere to complete your list, maybe start somewhere else and use this store as backup.

Sold rotting beef on both occasion July 31 and Aug 7, 2023. I placed online order for beef on both date with an addition pork ribs on second purchase Aug 7.Unpacked immediately once brought the meat home on that day itself. Foul smell of rotting flesh permeated the air eventhough the due date was 4 days away. Filed complaint on the day the grocery was picked up to corporate. Response was refund. AR Health Dept found nothing wrong on Kroger's part. Health Dept sent an email implied that I kept and unpacked the meat days after the pick up. No! I unpacked the meat on that morning July 31 it was brought home. Did the same after I brought home the grocery on Aug 7. Kroger advertises fresh produces everyday yet here at this store, rotten meat had been sold as fresh with due date couple of days away.

WHY would you remodel/update the DELI/BAKERY area if you CANNOT KEEP IT STAFFED? Arrived at the deli this evening with the sole purpose of purchasing fresh deli meats. I heard someone in the back, and she finally emerged after me saying hello several times. I asked for deli service, to which she replied since she is the only employee present, the deli is closed. I sought out a manager, there wasn't one on site, the cashier said they are not cross-trained in all areas so she could not go assist her and the slicers were already clean since they were closed.......Very disturbed about this, again WHY update the facilities if you do not keep it staffed? I came here specifically to purchase the new BBQ chicken breast and Tavern Ham, and I left with NOTHING!!! Good Job Kroger!!! Up to this moment, I have given positive reviews, you need to hire deli staff.
