This rate is for the forklift operator. I was thinking rate 5 especially for the guy who attended me, he was nice when I did check-in. But How are you going to block my strap like that? And how are you going to take 2 hour for load less than the half of the trailer?

Arrived at 10:20 for a del, got a dock immediately & I was empty & rolling 50min later. Friendly staff. Separate entrances & docks for shipping & receiving.

I do not recommend this place ! They do not think drivers time or anything! And looks like they have Favorite some people and trucking. Some of them quick! Not me I just set wait here already 8 hours. Still loading is going on !! May have to do 10 hours reset then go to delivery 600 miles

I came here to deliver five Walmart stores. I came at 11am, but it's now 6:20pm. A fat guy came to complain 7 hours later. He walked in front of our truck 2 hours and 4 hours before he warned us. Why didn't he say anything then? He's a fat guy who comes to work in the afternoon and whose attitude changes depending on the race of the driver. I think he's the worst worker in this company. He's not very good at his job here, so his patience will be tested. Good luck, truck driver.

Its worst place to pickup,my appointment was 11am but I check in here 9:20 , they gave me dock At 11:30 and now 1:40 pm still loading, I will never come back

Shipping staff is awesome 2-3 hours to load sometimes I come here often. JJ is the man he cares about truck drivers.
