Norm, the owner, and his supervisor, Roland, and their crew have done a superb job on the several projects we have used them for. They built a custom sun cover type enclosure for our stationary RV, replaced the roofing on our railroad container and built 3 custom dog houses for us. We are in the process of having Norm draw up plans for a custom viewing platform we will use to monitor our pistachio tree growth as well as use socially on warm summer evenings. I have dubbed it “The Tower” and my husband and I have every confidence the completion of this project will rate 5 stars as have all the projects completed by L4Y Construction to date. What sets them apart from other contractors we have used in the past? So many things; Norm and Roland give the customer exactly what they have agreed to do, with quality workmanship and materials, at a fair price, show up exactly when they say they will, keep the job site clean, advise of any unforeseen product shipping delays, provide thoughtful, creative, and money saving ideas for your project, have a wonderful work ethic and stand behind their finished product. Suffice it to say, my husband and I can highly recommend this company will continue to use L4Y Construction for all appropriate construction projects at our pistachio ranch going forward.
