Best experience with a blood draw I’ve ever had. Staff was so amazing. Friendly and accommodating. You girls are the best! Took care of my daughter like she was their own!

Pretty useless. Staff was courteous. But their system is way too complicated and not work the pain. Find some places easier and more willing to actually help you get the service instead of doing paperwork.

Do not go here if you want your insurance billed correctly. My husband has LABCORP insurance and told the person at the desk because ALL lab work is covered 100% for employees. We got a bill for $80 and when i called about it i was told “oh your doctor ordered the bloodwork through starling labs, you should’ve told them to order it thru LabCorp”. The order was sent to LabCorp and we werent told at the time we went that we would be billed or that it was ordered wrong. We are expected to be insurance geniuses and tell our doctor how to do their job?! This is beyond stupid when the LabCorp office was TOLD it was LabCorp insurance. A simple courtesy of being told it wasnt ordered thru LabCorp would’ve been nice. This office is useless and they wont be getting paid for that bill because that is their mistake when they KNEW what insurance we had. How inconsiderate or incompetent at your job can you be to intentionally screw people over DO NOT GO HERE

After calling my doctors office i found out they have no way of sending the order specifically to LabCorp. It gets ordered as Starling/LabCorp, and LabCorp is their preferred lab. At the time of blood draw if the LabCorp office is told its under LabCorp insurance it is THEIR responsibility to send it to the LABCORP lab so that it is processed correctly. This Labcorp office needs to learn their job, ESPECIALLY since my husband told them that he HAS LabCorp insurance. Why would they send it to Starling so we get a bill Unacceptable in my book

This Labcorp is amazing. I have been multiple times and always have a great experience. The staff is so friendly/professional and I'm in and out so fast. I have even had to bring my 2 and 3 year old with me and for blood work a few times; the staff has gone above and beyond to care for us all! I choose to go here over anywhere else everytime I need blood work. I'd highly recommend! Today I had Danielle and she was wonderful!

They were extremely kind and accommodating. They were cracking jokes with me, and made me feel very safe and secure. They were just awesome. Even when there was a hiccup with the testing my doctor wanted done, resulting in keeping them longer than they were open. They did absolutely everything to insure I got the correct tests done, and that I was taken care of. I felt terrible, but they were so understanding. Highly recommend 💖

I am not sure what the other reviews are about, unless the company rehired a full staff. EVERYONE was kind, helpful and professional. I would absolutely go back there for lab work if I need it. I have a pretty high fear of doctor's offices, and I was completely fine there.

Office was clean and organized, their check in process was simple and easy.

Also, no bruising at all at the blood draw sight. No swelling either.

It was the first time that my daughter and I went to Labcorp in West Springfield, MA
Everyone was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. The phlebotomist was very knowledgeable and made my daughter feel very comfortable.
