I have never thought of myself as a photogenic person, but Sara captured me and the rest of my family at our best, in beautiful family photos that feel intimate and candid. She was willing to try an unknown locale, in a wooded park in Oakland, where we were able to interact with the environment to create a variety of beautiful scenes, and all the while Sara gently stage-managed us to get the best shots. In the end we wound up with more than 300 pictures—and so many of them were fantastic that the only complaint I have is that it took me forever to narrow down a selection of my favorite-favorites to make prints from!

In addition to the quality of her shots, Sara was very professional and easy to work with: she promptly processed the photos and uploaded digital images for us to comb through and download. I just ordered my prints online and can't wait to get them in the mail!

Sara has been our family photographer for over four years. She has documented some really fun stuff for us over the years: Covid front porch pictures, bedtime routine with 3 little ones under 3 years old, Halloween trick or treating, and newborn pictures. The quality of her work is just stunning. We print almost everything into albums and/or wall hangings. The pictures turn out beautifully. Great print quality. Sara makes a connection with the kids and her laid back personality helps diffuse some high emotions associated with family pictures for a large family. We love her work and have our next session scheduled for late summer!!

Lafleur Was amazing for our Christmas family photo shoot. She was great with the kids and made everyone feel so comfortable. Super easy and friendly to work with. The pictures came out gorgeous!! We will definitely be using Lafleur again.

Sara Lafleur did a beautiful job with our family photos. Her easy going personality and very relaxed approach helped everyone feel comfortable and allowed us to capture some amazing pictures (especially of our 3 1/2 year and 10 month old... no easy feat!). We are excited to work with her again.

Sara photographed our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. She found a perfect place in Tahoe City to capture both the forest and Lake Tahoe. Sara managed our group of 14 very well. There were 6 children to coordinate. Sara is friendly, a good communicator and very creative. The beautiful photographs provide us with precious memories. We would highly recommend Sara and Lafleur Productions for your photography needs.
