Buyer beware. This company was formally Lake Conroe Construction. Our bulkhead they build lasted only 4 years before it failed and they only provided a 1 year warranty so they failed to fix their shoddy job.

I am very happy with the work that LCMC completed at my house. We replaced approximately 35 feet of bulkhead due to broken tie-backs and end of life wood condition. LCMC came by water with several large / capable pieces of equipment; and a crew of 7. Even with a couple of rain days, they completed the work within a week; and were very thorough in the clean up, and putting the yard back in order. I would highly recommend talking to LCMC for this type of work.

Kimberley, Charlie and the team built a very quality bulkhead and dock for me in Walden. Kimberley was exceptionally responsive and always willing to provide an update on the status and timing of construction to help my family better plan for the project. Once on the project, the team worked hard to complete the project, coming with a full team that started early and put in a full days work without a lot of sitting around. They have done several other bulkheads in my cove and saw the same work ethic at each project. I would highly recommend using Lake Conroe Marine Construction LLC.

I spend a lifetime in Engineering and Lake Conroe Marine Construction did an excellent job from beginning-to-end including follow-up. The owner/leadership to the installers the crews were very experienced, professional and courteous and completed on time and on budget. Wish all my lifetime projects went so smoothly. From one professional to another you can't beat this team!

These guys were great to work with. They did a great job on our dock. They communicated very well. What I appreciated the most was that they included a lot of things that I didn't know to ask for because it was the right way to do things.
