Very educated in equine nutrition! I’ve done a lot of research on equine nutrition and metabolic issues in horses and this is the only place that carries the items I’m looking for without ordering online and/or paying insane shipping. It’s a 45 minute drive from me but so worth it. Only place I can find chaffhaye and horse tech supplements in store. Also one of the few bluebonnet dealers around here. I will definitely be heading here anytime I need equine feed or supplies!

Trying to shop local is hard enough but the employees at Lansing Lumber made it simple to shop in another town. I called at 10am and spoke with Dave Rupp about buying 6 pieces of trim and having them special cut 2 boards. Went in at 10:45 and he doesn't remember the call or that I am coming. After discussing the entire request again and showing him the exact boards I need copied he says we will need to come back in 45 minutes. He tells me the guy who can do it will be in by then. The return trip back was a failure and Dave told me he would have another employee look at the boards in the morning. I called and 10am and Dave wasn't available so I left a message. I call at 1:30 and Dave doesn't remember who I am and then says he will have the guy take care of it. I go in, after no return call, at 3:45 and Dave acts like he doesn't know who I am again. Then says the guy who needs to do it is right next to us. I just took my example boards and left. I now regret buying anything the day before. I was over charged and just ate it because I thought they were going to help me out with cutting the boards. After I left I went to Home Depot, bought everything I was going to have them do, FOR HALF THE PRICE. I will just cut the boards myself. In the end Lansing Lumber isn't worth the hassle.

I can get most of my equine needs there. They are reasonably priced and so very helpful. Leslie is top notch when it comes to all things horse. Especially nutrition. They go above and beyond. They are my #1 supplier of quality hay, feed and bedding

Im new to the area and went in today to place an order for cedar decking and boards. There is speedy fulfillment on lumber orders, I received top notch, personalized customer service, and my lumber was at competitive prices. The things they didnt have in stock were available to order to arrive in about a week.

Impeccable service, fast delivery, combined experience of staff measured in centuries. Delivered price for lumber cheaper Home Despot. Lead time for items not in stock usually less than 24 hours. Support you're only home town lumber and feed store!

We used lansing lumber for a house we just built. Definetly would not recommend them. They were also our architect for the project. Even though they drew the plans they still mis bid the lumber by a substantial amount, and blame everything on the framer. Save yourself the headache and use someone else
