These people are the worst of the worst. I had it set up where my brother and I would talk on thre phone. They couldn’t get it right?!? They told me my brother didn’t want to talk to me. Then the last time I talked to him they hung up on me?!? I believe it was because my brother was agitated and they hoped I would calm him. Ahh…… no. Then they hung up.

Good for nothing staff . Useless administration . Oh,and never forget, once the state offices have their money suckers attached to your loved one they will never let go- literally

Please do not go work for this company at all they're not on the job to care for the people they will have you mandated. The manager is really ya coworker who watches more TV than doing they're job never enough food in the house. Go work for the state you will be paid better for what you do.
