Half the time it doesn't authorize card and can't use it. When it does authorize it doesn't even vend half the time so I just lose money. Last time I used one it charged me and dropped nothing, when I used it again it said couldn't authorize.

Vending machines at my job constantly take money. They also half the time don’t take card because the machines are so old they barely are capable of working. Constantly “could not authorize card” for most of us

If i could rate 0 i would..i have purchased many an item from this vending co.at foxwoods resorts. I was charged $2.00 for an item i did not receive. I actually spent $10.00 this last visit!!!The lack of response and care of this Lathrop Co.will no longer be getting my business!!! Shame on you!!!I do not need to ripoff your co.for $2.00...never got my Snickers bar!!!
