Dana was extremely helpful! I came in to just look for a few items and I brought up how I was sad I couldn’t get the blueberry. She was able to check what they had in stock at the warehouse and there happened to be 3! She happily placed the order for me and I received it in no time. Will definitely be stopping here on every road trip 🙂

Is customer service even a thing anymore, I barely get a hello or a thank you when I go shopping.
I stopped by this location as I was headed to the LA area. I saw some pots and pans that I would be interested in buying, yet decided to wait for the Labor day sale.
I met April (sales associate), super informative and took my number. Never did I imagine she would call and take my purchase (10 pieces of pots and pans) by phone and so she did patiently explaining and advising what pans would make the best sense to purchase.
I then came across an issue with a pan and contacted her. She quickly responded and addressed the issue and even had the manager call me! I was beyond impressed by April's level of knowledge of her products and professionalism. I would highly recommend for anyone to stop by and see April when purchasing Le Creuset items at the Tejon's location for a pleasant experience. April was an absolute pleasure to have worked with.

The store manager, Rachel is lovely. Had intended to pop in really quick and just see a few pieces, but she got me really excited about them and even sold my best friend on the brand. The store is wonderful. Really exceptional deals compared to big box stores. I'll be back before the holidays to grab what I don't get at the factory sale.

I just recently found out about Le Creuset cookware while on vacation shopping at an outlet in northern California and am in love with everything. I called the store in the Tejon Outlets yesterday to inquire about inventory and shipping. I talked with Bethany, and she sent me several pictures and patiently answered all of my questions. She is awesome!! I purchased several items yesterday and then again today. She went way above and beyond in customer service, and I will be calling her for any future purchases.

Be aware! The store closes at 7 PM, not 8 PM. A very nice stock clerk tried to explain that to us that he’s been trying to get Google maps to change it and has been unsuccessful so don’t trust the closing hours. They close at 7 PM!
