Checked in at 11 am checked out at 10:40 pm
Took them whole day to load. They overweight me on drive excel by 560 lbs.
No washroom for public. No parking, have to wait on road to check in if they are busy. Enough space to back up if there cars are not parked everywhere

I have a appointment at 8 pm I arrived around 6 o’clock and when i tried to checking in he said my appointment is at 9:30 AM so come back around 9:30 they don’t have parking not even street parking I driven around 3 miles for a park my truck on street and then i come back at 9:30 he said load is not ready yet he will call me whenever load will be ready l. Now its 4 pm and i still waiting for dock……GOOD LUCK DRIVERSSSS

When u come to this place if inside is full park on road. Make sure b4 going u have the right load me and some other driver had to come back and reload again. Last call is 10pm nice ppl no problem
At night it’s completely empty otherwise but of a wait but not too long. There is a portable for men but nothing for sister drivers.

Came at 12 for a 2pm appointment they wouldn’t even let me check in at 1pm with all there docks empty there’s no parking anywhere .

Talked to multiple drivers product is never ready barley understand there chines and wait is 7-9hours. All docks full a single person loading

Only 3 starts because they dont offer restrooms for drivers.
The people is respectful and friendly but the only downgrade is that they need to put restrooms for deivers.
At lest some portable restrooms outside under a tree will help.

I moved my tandems, to the 44 foot setting.
Long wait times so I heard from other drivers
Portable for a restroom.
No parking on the street.
Stage area, only good for 2-3 trucks.
They should have a huge sign
NO EARLY CHECK IN
30 MINS BEFORE OK
And past it to our dispatchers.
that way we can manage our e-logs accordingly.

Make sure you have correct p.o. or/and all numbers.
9-10 digit mine started with 1445-xxx-xxx
Seems checking in early is a lost cause.
One driver arrived at 1300

Got a door at 1900
So disorganized
No set standard for shipping and receiving.
