Asked for them to attach an agent to my file. I haven’t seen the properties and being told I can’t. I’m not paying out of pocket for an agent fee. They’ve lowered the ridiculous special assessment taxes and still can’t sell the homes cause of the lack of partnership and respect here. They treat it like it’s a 2021 market and you’re lucky to buy a tract home.
