Lennar builds great homes, however I dislike that so much has changed since we moved into ours. The new homes do NOT come with side garage doors and they’ve removed so many “included items” such has blinds, deadbolts for inside garage doors, the removal of door to the the access to side yard from the garage and many more! Poor move Lennar!!

Makes it worth buying an already built Lennar than one of the new ones!!!

I was about to get pre-qualified for a home when they changed the prices by nearly 20k. Once I called to inquire about this change in literally 8 hours. the representatives did not answer and were avoiding me. I went with Wilson instead be careful for price gouging with lennar.(Quieu generic response from lennar about how the market prices vary)

Response: I actually have screenshots showing the wave was 415,000 and this amount was changed to 435,000 in the same day about 2 weeks ago.

Nice community however lennar does not have any homes available for sale in this area yet due to shortage of PGE transformers. We did notice other homes are closely packed together. Only one main entrance and exit to the community, sadly. They do have a nice little shopping plaza near by. Nice parks and schools. Nice community gym. Hoa is $125/month. Not gated. There is no Lennar sales rep on site though and it was very hard to get a hold of them. Was finally told we will get a call back with an update but it's been over a month and still nothing.

My husband and I were trying to get prequalified with Lennar and the Lennar loan officer rarely ever responded to our calls. We felt like she didn't want to help us or qualify us. We asked her to please return our call with information regarding the new information we provided. Not once did we get that call back we requested. We fell in love with this community, and it's unfortunate that because of her unprofessionalism, we cannot get this home. We have been quiet for a while, seeing if she might call us back, but it never happened. For those of you that are hoping to get prequalified, be careful when using Lennar. It seems like the loan officers discriminate against certain people. At least thats how it felt with the loan officer that was "helping" us.

We ended up purchasing with Lennar. However, we went with another loan officer rather than Lennar's preferred lender and had such a wonderful experience. Honestly, if you want to purchase a home with Lennar, make sure you use an outside lender that Lennar takes and will still give you the incentives. Contact Dena at Homebridge. She was terrific and made it possible to purchase a home. She went over many options and even beat Lennar's rates. If you don't believe me, give her a try. You won't regret it.
