If I could give 0 stars for this builder, I would. We recently bought a Letourneau Home built in 2020. The second or third rough storm, we noticed some seepage through the seams in the basement. It’s about 6 feet below grade. The problem has gradually become worse & now all of the windows are leaking. This home is less than 3 years old. I called Letourneau and they do not warranty their work past two years. Can you imagine, building a home for a young family and telling them that after 2 short years… you don’t care if their basement floods? If someone asked me about this company, I’d invite them to tour my basement right now where all three of the windows leak and 50% of the seams are leaking. We are waiting on a basement contractor but this will likely cost us thousands. Pictures attached from todays storm very clearly show poor construction work with these windows. It’s abysmal construction quality and we are disappointed for trusting that a new home would be structurally sound. If you’re considering them, run the other direction.
