We've called on Mike Smalls two times now, to help set up several of our electronic devices in our new home, and to troubleshoot and solve a couple of annoying issues with our TV service and digital photo frame. Both times, Mike was quick with the solutions and friendly to deal with. He also takes the time to teach you how to solve a potential recurring tech problem. Mike by far is the most efficient and personable tech helper we've had along the southeast CT shoreline. We recommend him highly!

Dave got our Noon lighting migrated into a new Savant system and the whole process from scoping/estimating to install was smoother than anything I could have asked for. I'm the owner of a local business and our wifi never quite worked right throughout our office. Far reaching rooms couldn't get a good signal and streaming was impossible.

We worked with Nate at Level Up on our storefront security cameras. Nate came out and to see our shop and go over our best options for the amount of space we were dealing with. Installing everything was quick and he was great with helping us setup the software and explaining how things operate.
