We went in looking for a truck. Rob the salesman was good to work with. Got us right in the truck we were looking for got all our paperwork going. What ruined it for us was the skinny little man wish I caught his name. Very pushy. Very unprofessional. Extremely rude. We fully had intentions on finishing up the paper work but his petty little comment right before as to hurry up and close the deal had us walk away. Do better with customer experience especially when customers are making such a large purchase.

I called I'm advance to make an appointment for all the items my needed serviced. I also informed them that I would need a loaner vehicle during that time. They did a spectacular job making sure that I was taken care of. At the time I dropped off my vehicle I explained to them my concerns again and my budget. My car is as good as new and they even stayed below my budget!! I plan to take my car back whenever I come across more maintenance or any issues!!

We have been local and used Lewis Chevrolet for years. Our last experience was not the local business we love. The person who greeted us in the service shop was very unprofessional and arrogant. He seemed very lost and unsure of how to check people in. He spent the time we were there talking poorly about other staff and blaming other staff members for his knowledge deficit. The title of manager on your badge makes you responsible for the actions of your employees and we have never had any issues with the other service writers. Please respect your employees more or we will no longer do business with you.

Staff back there awesome 👌They got right to the problem when we thought Chevy Anna in 🤬🤬🤬 They went in and they took care of Chevy Anna👍 I must say I wish we had a bought a vehicle from them but we didn't but we will the next round I can tell y'all this much if you buying used vehicles and I don't want to say nothing bad about some of these car lots 🤬🤬🤬but you got to watch them if you need help book an appointment before you buy that automobile👍 and let Lewis Chevrolet diagnostic for you👌 they'll get right to your problem👍 I appreciate that fellas and ladies in the service department💕 from the Cc 🤙 Lt 🕶️

Fast service! My service consisted of oil change and tire rotation. My total time at the dealership was only 45 minutes. That was also just enough time to enjoy a cappuccino in the very nice customer lounge area.

Oil Service to vehicle was fine. Only problem was we asked for the tires to be rotated to keep the tread wearing even. The rotation didn’t happen as we we told the best two tires where on the front. That’s exactly why we rotate so we get even wear and extend the life of the tires, now the back tires will need replaced before the front.
