This is the only business that absolutely will not answer or return phone calls or emails. After leaving multiple messages and emailing KEVIN KENNY twice over the course of 6 months—-nothing.....It's funny how the website shows glamour shots of some properties and mentions their growth & accomplishments — yet won't do basic things like answer or return phone calls and emails.My family owns a home next to a property that is managed by this company where you regularly hear gun shots see tenants smoking marijuana carrying 6 packs at 10am then throw their trash up and down the road due to the axis points they made in the privacy fence to the surrounding neighborhood so the whole neighborhood suffers .When you talk to the unqualified site management about the apparent issues-they try ignore you.I guess that's what Lexington Partners, lIc has trained all of the employees.Im sure it's challenging to keep good managers in such an environment ,but when there is no accountability—-this is what you're left with.
