Don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but great interactions and customer service. Most recently my mailbox rental was due while i was unfortunately in the hospital for a few months. When I got out and able to function again I gave them a call and explained, they waived the key deposit since I still had my key, and didnt charge me to set a new box up because of the unforeseen circumstances. thats stand up customer service in my eyes and why I will continue to give them my business. Thank you to all staff members

Outstanding service!!

Facebooked message them a week or so ago about having a package delivered and they promptly responded and get me set up. When the package arrived I received a phone call that it was there for me. When arriving at the store I was very politely greeted and within a few minutes was on my way.

This is a wonderful business to work with and we will definitely have packages sent here again when we are coming through town.

Great business! I was injured, stuck on the sofa and couldn't mail out an important letter, so they allowed me to email them, and they printed it out for me and mailed it. Super sweet of them. They didn't even charge me a stamp. Talk about "pay it forward!" I would do business with them for sure.

Jocelyn and Evelyn are absolutely terrific at Havasu Mail and Business Center! I admire these ladies for their public relation skills, their professionalism and knowledge in this business. I highly recommend this business that I have used continuously for 14 years! They will make your experience in this store
a positive experience-not just feeling safe that your mail and packages are secure but all the extras they offer in great gifts, greeting cards and gourmet candies.

I'm always greeted like family at The Mail & Business Center. I have sent a few packages with no issues, and I'm happy to know that packages received will be there waiting for
me, as well as I get rapid updates when a package arrives. It is also nice to know my regular mail is secure and private, with no one snooping through it. Also, if I choose to wait a week or two to get my mail, it will be there.
Great people and great service!!!
