I usually do my own oil changes but not in the winter times because its cold. If you dont mind waiting almost two hours for a simple oil change that cost you way above average then yeah come here! Everything else was ok.

I recently bought a car from Lia and the entire experience was exceptional. If I emailed 20 places asking for an out the door price, I’d be lucky if 5 even sent me an itemized price.

Greg at Lia got me the information instantly, never for a second went overboard in trying to hassle me into setting up an appointment and was incredibly respectful.

After looking at the numbers, Lia was the best place around by a lot. My salesperson was Troy, and he met with me when I walked in, we spent less than 20 minutes negotiating and I walked out with a price I was happy about in my head well in advance of walking in.

Green flags throughout the entire process in terms of information, no crazy markups or fees and the whole team at Lia made it so incredibly easy to deal with the car buying process, which can often be pretty exhausting. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Purchased a new 2024 Accord hybrid. Experience was one the best I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Never felt pressure to purchase the “extra” add ons that most dealerships try to force on you. Mary was so calm and easy to work with. Great personality and it was like talking with a family member. Mike was also fantastic. We were prepared for the big push on the extra warranty and he was very professional. Such a contrast from recent purchase at a different dealership.
