After my wife had a bad experience with Goodyear in Norwich, she called Lisbon Tire to see if they could replace a Continental brand tire on her Tesla, which had a slow sidewall leak. They were friendly and ordered the tire over the phone. They didn't talk down to her and make her feel dumb like Goodyear did, nor did they make us buy "pucks". I will go to Lisbon Tire from now on.

Lisbon Tire is the only place I bring my car. They are always fast, knowledgeable and honest. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful and their prices are always reasonable and transparent. They treat everyone like a valued family member whether you drive a Jaguar or an old jalopy like me! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Lori Mario and Mariah are amazing. Lisbon Tire sets the standard on how an automotive Repair shop experience should be. Everyone is so kind and down to earth salt of the Earth folks at this place. Just had my car fixed from them. First time going here. I appreciate the great, friendly customer service. As a female I don’t like going to auto shops. I usually get overcharged and told things need to be fixed when they dont. I dropped my car off and shortly after they called and told me what was wrong and gave me a very fair estimate. Bringing my car back next week to put new tires on.

This place was awesome. They were kind, worked fast and very easy to talk with. I was able to have my car looked at very fast and they charged me a very good price for the work that was completed.
