I spent $2100 on this dresser set only for the draws to go off track and get stuck this is pitiful, I called to report the issue and was told there is nothing they could or would do because it’s no warranty on the furniture. They have very nice furniture appearance wise but it’s cheap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

DON'T SHOP HERE. CHEAP QUALITY FURNITURE. The woman was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I'm surprised they are still in business. I was shopping with my mom and asked for genuine leather, but she kept trying to sell us faux leather . I told her that's not what I'm looking for. The owner got upset, yelling, and very disrespectful. We went somewhere else and made our purchase.

This is not a real business. I predict that this business will go under in another 4-5 years. The level of disrespect and unprofessional treatment that I experienced throughout my process with this company has to be the worse I've experienced in my 65 years as a consumer. Not only did she lie about the inventory of a table I was highly interested in but she charged me for the product and ended up telling me that the vendor no longer made the product. As a consumer, that is not my problem. I paid for something and expected what I paid for. And the owner went on to tell me that she could not refund my money which was absolutely ludicrous and instead gave me the option to select something similar to what I was initially interested in. How is it even possible for this business to continue to function? I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau about this illegal operation that is referred to as a furniture business. Please do not look to purchase any products from this company. Please spend your money with a legitimate furniture company with a better refund/ return policy. Hopefully my review will help others!

I placed an order January 25th, I did not hear or got an answer from anyone at the location in 2 months. I took it upon myself to open a claim through my bank under the impression that I was being charged for items I wasn’t going to receive. When opening the claim, my bank notified the store of this action being taken against them, they decided to reach out and try to schedule a delivery that never took place once again. After a long and dreadful time of trying to get a hold of them and going back and forth they finally delivered my items incomplete. They brought everything except the mirror for my dresser which I knew for a fact i had purchased and signed for. Another 3 months went by and I reached out to the store after receiving a notice from my bank stating that the case was being closed due to the items being delivered. LIES they never brought me the mirror. I decided to go to the store about 2 weeks ago and spoke to Lisy. She stated she would speak to her delivery guys and reach out to me the following day and she never did. Now it’s 3 months later since the mirror situation so long story short I never got my entire order. They are SCAMMERS, once they get you in that door and get your money they forget about a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE and completely disregard the fact that they have to follow up with paying customers and make sure they are being taken care of. They WILL NOT GET a penny out of me again and if I could stop anyone from going in and wasting money/time I would. (It is important that you are aware of these things when going into a facility like this. READ THE REVIEWS)

I have been purchasing furniture from Lisy’s since they first opened,I recently moved in January so decided to go there to furnish my new place because I’ve never had problems. My bed set came fast but the other beds and stuff was taking forever. Every time I called there was always the excuse of because of COVID or they would say that she wasn’t. My son bed slacks had broken and they came to”fix” it and it snapped in which it broke a piece of the footboard. They tried to say not more than one person should be on the bed(he sleeps in the bed by himself). After taking the boards it took them 2 months. They took a vacation and all. I called numerous of times and the other Spanish lady kept saying she don’t know what’s going on or nobody would answer the phone(it’s like they look at the caller ID and don’t answer) and it’s been times that Lisy would answer the phone pretending to be one of the other girls. I finally got a chance to get up there but she had left so I was told to come the next day. I walked in because I was given an appointment, she walked passed me as if I wasn’t there then when she did acknowledge me if was like I was bothering her from doing NOTHING. I told her she shouldn’t treat customers like that because I spent wayyyy too much money in this store over the years and recently when I could have easily went somewhere else. I try to support small businesses but I will not ever purchase anything else from her. Her attitude is HORRIBLE and she acts like people are beneath her. But what she fails to realize without people coming to her establishment she won’t have a business!!!!! AND I CONTACTED BBB and they couldn’t even get in contact with her smh. GOD DON’T LIKE UGLY AND KARMA IS REAL!!!! You don’t treat people like that
