Professional, customer-friendly, and completed the work ahead of estimated time. Chris( Service Advisor) took the time to explain the fault codes which proved to be very low level. It is so nice to have such a positive experience. This type of good customer support should be a model for other dealers.

It is easy to schedule appointments and the pick up service is great. But they said they did a five point inspection on my wife’s car and said everything was great. Although the tire light was on before and after the appointment with two tires needing air. I hope the service technicians get a littler more through.

Overall The service was good and pretty well communicated and what had to be done to my F150 truck. It took a little longer than expected but the mechanical issue was somewhat complex.

One thing I wished the dealership did was offer a loaner car for a few days since the fix required six days for my truck to be at the shop.

This way I would have more flexibilityIn my daily routine as my truck was being fixed.

I took my truck in for freezing door latch repair. The repair seems to be fine and working correctly. The problem I have is that while in for the repair, one of my wheels ended up getting gouged on something (looks like a lift fork may have banged into it) I picked the truck up on Saturday and noticed it before leaving the lot. It looks like someone ran their finger over the gouge. I called the service department on Monday when they were open next and informed them of what had happened. I was told they would look into it and call me back. With it being the week of Christmas I was going to give them a few days to get back to me. This survey request came in before a call back. I understand accidents happen, but I also believe as a business you should be upfront with customers when something happens.

Always a great experience with Litchfield Ford Service. Most recently, my Bronco Sport had a recall related to the Sync system. Litchfield Ford Service called me to tell me, and suggested their new mobile service.

They set up a day that was convenient for me, and a GREAT tech (shout out to Scott!) arrived and performed the work quickly and professionally.

Good service and I love the truck. My only disappointment was I had great difficulty installing the truck remote start. Your service dept tried and they were unsuccessful.
