We had a great buying experience with Mike Kanada. It was a nice atmosphere compared to other dealerships. Easiest car purchase ever! Mike offered me a cappuccino and water. Great Atmosphere and called and checked up the following day. We love our new Dodge truck!!

Manny was very attentive to my request for an suv for my family and he diligently worked with banks to get me approved with not so great credit. He made it happen! Thank you Manny! When I went through the finance process, Paul was very kind and easy to work with. No pressure from either, they genuinely WANTED to help me. I drove 2 hours to get to them and they got me in and out of there in less than that! We will continue to use them for future vehicle purchases.

Buying a car has never been a fun process. Unfortunately I can't say that my experience with Lithia of Yuba City was any different. It was a typical sales process with the dealership trying to pass the cost of the dealership security system onto the customer. After settling on a price and working with the finance manger we were told the final price had 'gone up a bit'. When asked why we were told it was due to the 'warranty'. It was actually a service contract for ~ $3K of which there was no mention of until we were signing documents. We had already been at the dealership for several hours. We were told that we could cancel the 'warranty' at any time and get a full refund. I knew better than to leave with that being included in the financed amount but I was ready to leave after an exhausting sales process. My mistake because canceling the warranty has been a headache. I quickly cancelled the 'warranty' and, per the contract, was supposed to get a full refund within 30 days. When submitting the documents I was told there is a 6-8 week processing time before I could expect the refund. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive the refund for the 'warranty'. Buyer beware. This practice of adding on a service contract without mentioning it feels very under handed. The breach of contract is also poor business practice. At this point I cannot suggest purchasing from this dealership.

I live in Redding, CA. I've been in and out of a majority of the Auto dealerships the past 2 or 3 years not finding an amazing deal which also would work within the budget I have at the time. I stopped looking. I would, hands down, refer any person I know to go see Manny Lopez at John L Sullivan Chrysler in Yuba City as he was the guy who made it happen for my family. They even literally delivered my new vehicle to my house 3 hours away! I love my new ride! Thank you to everyone involved and I will for sure be coming to you in the future for my auto shopping needs!

Sales was great but the service end of this dealership has ruined my experience. I purchased a used truck from them on a Sunday and was told they were going to replace a broken mirror and the climate control buttons and the truck would be ready Tuesday. It was not ready Tuesday and I was then told Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday came and they said that the truck was ready only to call me back a half hour later and say that it's not ready yet because they just realized they had ordered the wrong mirror. So I picked my truck up that day and told them to call me back when the right mirror came in. Once I got home, which is an hour away from the dealership, I realized the truck was out of DEF and the trucks suspension wasn't properly leveled. I could let those two things go if my experience wasn't already a joke. My sales associate John has been very helpful in my concerns but there is only so much he can do and he's stuck playing middle man between myself and the service department and manager who wouldn't return mine or my husband's phones calls when we had concerns about the mirror issue taking so long. I dropped my truck off yesterday so that they could install the correct mirror and climate control buttons but they ordered the wrong mirror again. I live an hour away and fuel isn't cheap I also have to work to pay my bills and need my truck to get to work so leaving it there for a day is a big deal. When I picked up my truck this evening my seat covers and steering wheel cover were stained all over with oil and grease as well as oil residue on my center console. I'm very disappointed at the level of service I have received especially after purchasing two trucks from them in one day. I will not bring either truck back to this service department. John's professionalism and commitment to caring for my concerns is the only reason I'm not rating 1 star, he deserves to work in a location that meets his level of service across-the-board.
