Cute little town with lots of shops! The brews here were delish, friendly folks! Just wish there was more to snack on besides popcorn, but definitely lots of eating choices available along Main Street!

Very nice brewery that is nestled in downtown Chester. They had some fantastic beers too. We tried 2 of the IPAs and 1 of the stouts, both were great. Wish I had tried the fruited sour, should have done a flight. Inside was very clean and had a good vibe. Lots of outdoor seating in front of the brewery and in the garden out back. They have growlers and crowlers. Worth stopping in to try the beer.

Great little brewery in rural Connecticut. Tiny little town. Loved that most their beers were Halloween themes. Seasonally appropriate.

I had a fantastic time at Little House Brewery in downtown Chester, CT. The historic building gave it a cozy and welcoming vibe.

Their flight of drinks was impressive, with each beer being great, but what really stood out was their cider. It's perfect for the autumn season and probably the best cider I've ever had.

I also appreciate their commitment to sustainability, especially with their Tesla Solar Roof and powerwalls. It ensures that even during unexpected situations, like a power outage, the place remains lit and the beer keeps flowing.

I'll definitely be coming back for more. Cheers to Little House Brewery for a memorable visit!

Absolutely on my “Mount Rushmore” of Connecticut breweries. Always a wide variety of styles that are eclectic enough to satiate the pickiest cicerones, but approachable enough to satisfy the casual beer drinker. And just as an extra bonus - they’re solar powered!

The first words you see when you walk in are “Welcome Home” - given the eminently knowledgeable and personable staff coupled with the laudable libations, those words ring especially true at Little House!

Little House Brewery has been on our list of great places to try for a while, and we finally made it! First, we picked up a sandwich at Olive Oyl’s in Essex (you can call ahead), then arrived at Little House just as they opened at noon. There was a yoga session on the lower patio, so we had to wait for the friendly staff to reset the tables and chairs. That gave us extra time to mull over the menu. My hubby ordered an Otto’s Cream Ale, and I was happy to have a choice of 3 non-alcoholic beverages. Both were delicious. It’s great that they let you bring in food, and there are plenty of places in Chester to order takeout. Handicap access is best in the front but wheel-challenged elsewhere. There are three steps to get to the front porch and another step to get inside. The lower patio in the back is covered with gravel. Perhaps this will improve in future. We’ll be back to see what’s new on tap, and maybe grab a pizza from Otto next time!

8.13.22 This place is called little house for a reason. It can fill up rather quickly but what a gem. You'll enjoy great beer while people watching. There's indoor and outdoor seating and of course it's close to several great restaurants of walking distance.

A super awesome spot with great beer. My favorite of the bunch was "Okay, we're kinda cute" DIPA that was dangerously delicious. The staff was super friendly. I was lucky enough to be served by one of the Brewers who was willing to discuss all the details of his favorites. If you are in the area I definitely recommend stopping in for a pint.
