Local Craft Concstruction is one of best contractors that I have worked with. When a tree fell on my roof, Jake and crew quickly responded and stabilized the damage. Later in the spring, Jake and the Local Craft Construction crew repaired the damage, and then installed a new roof on the entire house at a very reasonable cost. Jake is a skilled craftsman, and his work is top notch. Jake is very easy to work with and I would definitely contact Local Craft Construction for any future home construction or repairs that may arise.

Local Craft Construction has done an enormous amount of work for us and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of each project. Proprietor, Jake Pruitt is honest, trustworthy, skilled, a pleasure to work with and is sensitive and responsive to unique needs of clients. He has done projects from small to complex and custom for us. He pivots seemlessly when we have made changes mid project and is excellent at finding solutions to challenges that sometimes arise.

Good communication, skills, and conscientiousness all around for our project which was on a timeline due to weather. We trusted their quote. We trusted their experience. We like the outcome. We've done several huge projects in the last 10 years in California and elsewhere so we have 'been around'. For this medium sized project of approximately 1000 SF that included kitchen, wood flooring, woodwork damage along with the cause of the needed repairs which was ripped off skylights due to a very heavy Winter, we found Local Craft, headed by Jake, and his crew absolutely easy to deal with and trustworthy. He and his crew have phenomenal taste in music as well. Whew, they got it done in time for weather changes and well before holidays! Thank you!
