We contacted this company through their website and by phone multiple times in the last few weeks. I saw Ryan's response to the other negative review so we were sure to mention in our messages we were not planning to build for at least 12 months but wanted to possibly get on his waiting list. I understand the company probably doesn't need any additional business right now, so take down your website. It is rude and completely unprofessional for a business to not respond to messages. Is this the kind of customer service his current clients receive? If so, I'm glad he didn't contact us back. Don't waste your time with this company.
