We had the pleasure of working with Bob through a referral and couldn’t have been happier. He was extremely thorough, professional, timely AND the output was incredible. We wanted to take down two load bearing walls & add a tray ceiling in our new home! Bob was able to maintain the promised timeline - only a few weeks! -

When it came to having our deck built, we made one phone call. We called Long Island Building and Contracting Consultants. After hiring them for a complete kitchen renovation a few years back, there was no hesitation as to who we wanted to design and build our deck.
Bob came to our home to offer suggestions with the design of the deck, take measurements and give us an estimate, which we thought was very fair. He was even kind enough to have some samples brought to me. Bob and his team arrived promptly everyday. They were reliable, polite, and clean. And above all, they exhibited the highest level of craftsmanship! George, Sammy and Alan are extremely skilled workers who left nothing to be desired. Home renovations at some point are an inevitable part of home ownership. We have done a lot in the last year and the only team who was on time, clean, organized, professional and on budget were the LI Building and Contracting team. We were updating our sunroom as part of a siding project. Everything that they built came out great! They went above and beyond the scope of work and were amazing to work with. From start to finish the experience of working with Bob, Ryan and their crew was phenomenal. They coordinated everything from demo to cabinet and flooring installation, plumbing, electrical, painting and backsplash. Simply put these guys are the best. Talented, professional, knowledgeable, organized, clean, you name it. I have worked with them on a number of occasions and each time they have delivered beyond my expectations. No task is too difficult and they are incredibly thoughtful when putting together a plan. Bob and Ryan have a team that pay attention to every detail and their ability to deliver on time is remarkable. Finding a contractor that you can trust and that does great work is not an easy task. Bob and Ryan are the only contractors I will work with moving forward. I have recommended family and friends to work with them on everything from full reno, basements, projects, etc. They share the same sentiment and have been thrilled with results.

We choose LI building for our full basement renovation. Bob and his team went above and beyond to make us happy and completely exceeded our expectations. We had a super tight budget and they did everything they could to stick to it without ever compromising quality or craftsmanship. Our basement went from an ugly, out dated, unsafe area, to a total dream apartment for my father to enjoy. Not only was the work fantastic, but they have the nicest crew of people, everyone from the demo guys, the electricians, plumbers, everyone along the way has been so friendly and helpful. Bob was so communicative, answering any questions we had and easing any concerns. A genuine company with amazing workers and fantastic results. I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors and will absolutely be calling them back again when we’re ready to redo our kitchen.

Did an entire house gut and renovation with Bob and his team. Everyone from start to finish was extremely helpful and respectful. They were VERY understating of doing construction with three small kids and needing to be done fast but keeping the quality where anyone would want it to be. Made all the planning and decisions go smoothly and explained each step and answered any questions with great detail along the way. Would highly recommend for any home project.
