Usually love this place but lately they havent had any lumber. Since they havent had anything I ordered online for delivery of with this as my store and it switched it to N attleboro eta a week, and they pulled a stunt, cancelled lumber order last minute but tried to charge me same delivery fee for the couple items that were not canceled. Things I threw on the main lumber order I could otherwise run and grab myself I just added to the order for ease. When I called I was passed around a lot put on hold, the cs rep was an angry lady with no people skills huffing and puffing gladly cancelling my entire order but says yea there hasn't been lumber for months. I asked why they advertise they have it and give a delivery date only to cancel it? So a week after my order I'm at square one. I get it with pandemic there's gonna be issues but how they're operating doesn't put customer first, lacks transparency

I Love this place. Thing's are much cheaper priced than other places. The customer service worker in lumber was SO knowledgeable & went out of his way to help me find what I needed. Very polite too.

Awful lumber selection
Tractor " warranties" have a holding fee of roughly $75. Also didn't fix the problem had to do it myself.

Employees in the lumber dept are rude! Older man with beard is bothered if you ask for help. This has happened on more than one occasion.
