As a roofing contractor we at Collis Roofing are grateful to have partnered with Lubke Construction since 2016. One of the most important things to a subcontractor is that when we are asked to meet their schedule that the job is ready. No one wins when dispatching labor and materials to a job that isn’t ready. There are a number of other trades work that we are dependent on being completed for the job to be 100% ready for our operation. Not only are they done, but they are always done right. Lubke’s commitment to quality communication and job readiness has always been spot on. Their field staff has proven to have a wealth of construction experience and any time a challenge arises they always bring a sense of urgency and spirit of teamwork focused on finding the right solution. If you ever want to know how good a builder is, find out how good their field supervisors are. In Lubke’s case they are excellent. Their entire team from ownership, office staff and field staff have been a pleasure to work with and it is no wonder why they are such a successful company.

My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Lubke. The team put in extra time to ensure we were satisfied with the service but this was already evident due to the hard work that was being put into our home. We are so in love with our dream home and would recommend Lubke to anyone. If we decided to build again, hands down we would use Lubke Construction. They are the BEST around.

Edited to note that Chad Lubke was contacted during the construction and he declined to help our community or alleviate our concerns.
Lubke built a house in my small neighborhood in 2019 to 2020. Their organization was incredibly unprofessional to our community and I will go so far as to say abused the neighborhood. Examples include: garbage being left in community spaces daily including food waste and construction waste, mailboxes and planters were hit and knocked over without being fixed, two cars were hit (with no remedy), immediate neighbors experienced five flat tires (with no remedy), workers were extraordinarily loud and used vulgar language around children, not to mention irritants such as spray painting his name graffit-style on the side of the building for our neighborhood to look at for over a year. All the while he was not interested in hearing how he could work with our community more effectively. If you value your relationship with your neighbors, I would strongly advise you to exercise caution.

I currently have a new home construction 8 months into the process. I have been extremely impressed with Chad and his team of professionals. My day to day contact has been with the Site Supervisor Balatzar Ramos. Always professional and extremely knowledgeable about the building process. I couldn't be happier with him. I ask alot of question and Balatzar is always there to provide the info I need. Building a new i homes is a very stressful process. Chad and his staff
make that process easy on us. Interior selections is one of the most difficult items in your build. Julianna has also done a phenomenal job of making that otherwise difficult process easy for us. My new home is located at 17028 Dolphin Dr, NRB. I am a retired Navy veteran and proud of our community. The best decision I made was having Chad Lubke build our dream home.

I mimick Ms. Beasleys review. Lubke has demonstrated no regard whatsoever for the neighborhood and adjacent properties. My property, 15 ft away, suffered damages repeatedly, including masonry mud, caulking and stucco splattered on my exterior wall and siding, and seismic shock-vibration from incorrectly hammering foundation pilings cracked my exterior concrete stucco walls, cracked cement hardyboard siding, and cracked interior walls and ceilings. Also two other adjacent properties suffered tremor cracks. Traditionally the erosion-containment fencing was down half the time, so trash was on my property and in the bay repeatedly. I found sheet metal screws, concrete debris, vinyl strapping, lunch bags, and plastic bottles. The portajohn doors were not secured, many a sleepless night. Curbs to the si)e property and 3 adjacent properties were cracked by heavy vehicles. Paint overspray was on cars in neighborhood.Numerous complaints sent to City NRB and building inspector, no accountability or responsibility by Lubke or Henry Juarez owner
