I had a dental emergency a few weeks ago, and Kita went above and beyond to accommodate me. The prompt response from staff members, efficiency in Dr. Sam's dental treatments and follow-up care, showed true professionalism. I am beyond grateful for their exceptional service. I had a root canal done here and was expecting to be in excruciating pain after the procedure, only to have none! 10/10

You guys have gained a new patient and I will be referring family/friends to Luma as well.

The lady that helped me get a appointment up front was wonderful, I felt welcomed and safe that I chose the right place. She even helped cancel an appointment with another dentist on my behalf because of a mistake. I give her 5 stars. I had to wait another week for my appointment with them for an extraction, I showed up, and no one was in the lobby I was the only one so I was taken back quickly. I had my exam, but then the dr came in and said we are going to push you to the next week because we are busy and this is our Friday and we are not prepared to do an extraction... they knew when I made the appointment what it's for, so why aren't you prepared was my question? I felt as if I wasn't a priority because I was paying cash, and because they were busy and didn't feel like doing it.i am a paying customer too! So I will not be back!

I love this place! The Staff is so very nice, patient, and kind they take their time with you to explain your procedure. The dentist did an amazing job on my extraction no pain at all! I highly recommend Luma in sylacauga

im very scared of the dentist, so i was expecting pain and uncomfortableness. this office staff made the visit possible. they explained everything. my fears are still there but i feel ok about going back to luma. i reccommend anyone who is afriad to go to the dentist, for whatever reason, give luma a chance.

I had a wonderful experience at Luma Dentistry! Sydney, my dental hygienist, was incredibly gentle and thorough, making my cleaning comfortable and stress-free. Chiquita, the manager, was so friendly and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this team for their excellent care and warm atmosphere!

Ok guys let me tell Yal about Luma !! The staff here is amazing and very compassionate!! I have a phobia of dentist like I mean I have total melts downs ….well let me tell these ladies here come n and talk to me and help me get calmed down before anything is started!! Pain u ask No they will not let u feel any pain they go above and beyond to make u feel as comfortable as possible!! I love my dental family n highly recommend them!!!! Alyssa is my girl !! The staff this morning was wonderful. Alisa did the best cleaning today, and my filling was amazing. Thank you for your awesome customer service and showing your patients you really care. ( even thought I left my debit card today, 😂)
