Outstanding service from Lyman who stand behind their products.

I bought a Lyman 2500 tumbler from an online retailer which was missing some parts (which I found out about after I opened the box).
I emailed Lyman who, after verifying I had purchased one of their products, shipped the missing parts to me.

What is notable about this is the fact it was a second hand tumbler however that wasn't an issue for Lyman.
