This place is amazing from start to finish. We have taken two bulls to them to be processed and they did an outstanding job. Hire them with confidence. We even requested to get our leg bones back for our dogs and they honored that request (other butchers won't). Keep up the great work, Folks!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a butcher to purchase meat from. We decided to purchase the family pack and it’s definitely a great deal! I loved the fact that they allow any substitutes and equal it out to the swap. There are other butcher shops around the area that won’t do this. The meat quality is great and the staff that works there is amazing and friendly. I was only slightly disappointed in the bacon because it was very bland. Definitely will be coming back again to purchase more meat.

Amazing amazing amazing !! Best mest selection in central Texas. Everyone that works there is friendly and know their stuff! If you are a hunter this is also the place to go in central Texas. Fresh store made products , local beers and wine.
