I was looking for an excavation company to install a 500-gallon in-ground propane tank. Aj with M&S excavation came in with a fair estimate. In the end they did a great job.

I had M & S Excavation dig a trench for our power upgrade. They did a great job and were very accommodating since the trench was originally only supposed to be open for a couple of weeks which turned into months. As soon as we were ready to start backfilling, M & S Excavation was back onsite immediately. They separated the movable rocks from big rocks and hauled the big rocks away. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for our excavating needs.

We used M & S for masonry and excavation on our antique colonial. They replaced a brick foundation wall with stone to match the rest of the house. They contacted numerous sources to help us find the necessary fill for FEMA and raised grade on one corner of our lot to be above the 10 foot elevation to get us out of the AE flood zone.

It’s been a year since M & S Excavation came in and pulled brush, added grass seed, river rock rip-rap by lake shore and installed some drainage to improve flow of rain water. Their work ethic, collaborative approach and pricing add up to A+ client experience! Their work has held up through winter and heavy rain and can’t wait to have them back for new projects this year!

We’re in the midst of a big backyard project - in ground pool, new deck, hardscaping, landscaping
and shed installation.
We’ve worked with a lot of contractors and by far and away, M&S was the best to deal with. They responded quickly, did amazing work and were very flexible working with our timeline which was constantly changing because of other contractors that were not good about doing things when they says they would!
