Delightful to have a station in Madison! It NEEDS to have a platform on the other side. This hinders train service and as such commuting to Madison for work is torture - you have very few commuter trains serving this stop, and Amtrak doesn't stop here at all! CT Transit needs to expand service.

Station should have better service. Weekday service to New Haven ends at 10 AM due to only having one platform. All trains after 10 AM (Weekdays) and 1 PM (Weekends) are to Old Saybrook/New London.

The obvious lack of a second platform hand walkover Is the biggest drawback. Unless the train. Is on track one it does not stop in Madison. The parking lot It's huge, adequate for the time being. Trains run on time for the most part. Platform could use a bit more of a Windbreak. Great service overall
