Took my truck to the dealership to have an engine noise issue fixed. Not only did they not completely fix the issue, they didn’t tighten one wheel down resulting with it coming off while driving causing significant damage to my truck. While they didn’t tighten eventually fix the engine noise, had to replaces all 4 wheels, repair/repaint fender.. they claimed to have given it a front end alignment (but would not show me the results of the alignment). My truck has not driven right ever since this occurred. Only to find out from this incident the steering knuckle was bent after the wheel came off and slammed the front end to the ground.

Not to mention while performing work on my truck their mechanic walked all over the front bumper, scratching the paint. Completely incompetent service department.

** Edit, I am not calling your business. Look back under the name Gina Johnson. This occurred between July 2021 and August 2021. There’s a couple tickets made which I have copies of.

Scammers! 2 different issues on my jeep that I asked to be repaired, I was called and told SPECIFICALLY what the problem was and what part was needed and how much to fix. I agreed. After paying $4971.00 to repair a ESIM part for gas line Electrical issue for headlight and a throttle body (minus oil change and tune up) my jeep was NOT fixed even though they said it was done and ready. I still didn't have a headlight working and I still didn't get my gas issue fixed. They also left all of my towing wires just hanging under my jeep almost touching the road. I asked nicely for this to be looked into by both service manager AND dealership manager and nothing was done. I had been a long time customer but not anymore. They are scammers! They don't want to help nobody.
EDIT: I was contacted by Mainstreet on 4/9/25. They did ask for me to bring my jeep in to have it repaired at their expense. Will update if this is done. Stay tuned.

The entire group here was fantastic. It was probably one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had in a while. Just a short week after purchasing the truck, I encountered an issue that required towing it back in. Despite this setback, the entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive. While it’s beyond our control what happens to a car, we can certainly control how we handle the situation. Don, Jim, and Will were great earning and retaining business. I don’t see myself buying cars elsewhere and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The service they provide is truly exceptional.

Vegas and Ron made buying my first nice car that wasn’t something I found on Facebook so easy! I went in expecting to just look and see what I needed to do to get a new car. Vegas was so fun and helpful. Everything was well explained and the car is so nice much nicer than I thought I would get as a first time buyer. I can’t express how much fun and helpful Vegas and Ron were with everything! The car is even my favorite color and everything ticked the box’s. I only knew dark interior was the one thing I was adamant on and they got me so much more! I’ll never lose my car and I’m sure if it ever gets stolen the police won’t have any problems finding it lol. I love it so much I feel like a gitty teenager getting their first car!
