I very happy with my purchase. Also to add didn't try to over sell me witch to me is very important. But fit me into a bicycle that would be for the right now and down the road.

Summary: took my bike for a time up, the owner of the shop is an expert. Everything was fixed in high quality except the gear shift. The prices are okay, but they were not open that the final price would include the break pads, which made it more expensive than initially discussed.

The guy knows what he's doing. That's for sure. He discovered that the back wheel was bent and fixed it during the tune up. The bike came back quickly and the breaks and all other functions work well, except for the gear shift. I expected it to be fixed when it came back. Other than that, the chain was new. The breaks were new, and the wheel was fixed. The price for tune up was okay but I was disappointed to see that the price for "pads" (I assume break pads) was not included in our initial discussion, which made the tune up 30$ more expensive than discussed (surprise increases in payment can be annoying to those who budget their finances). They are high quality breaks, though. I'm glad to have my bike back and to know that I have reliable break Incase something happens.

Since the guy was an expert, you should definitely bring your bike there for any issues and he had lots of nice bikes Incase you're interested in buying one. Just ask alot of questions to avoid surprises.

Great customer service. Got a sale price on a quality Trek bike for my son. They talked through the different options and didn’t try to pressure a certain model. They took the time so that we understood what we were getting and make sure it was the best choice. Wanted it in a different color than what they had in stock, so they ordered it and assembled it in a couple of days.

Went in to buy a wheel - after working with me to work out exactly what I needed, it turned out it wasn’t in stock. He went on to recommend another shop to so that I could get what I needed on short notice. Greatly appreciated the advice and help- would highly recommend.

Update: I cannot recommend this place enough. Super easy to work with and honest. Purchased two hybrid bikes from him and when the transaction took longer than expected he stayed at the shop for almost an hour after closing time. He helped us set up our bike rack and made sure we knew how to use it before letting us leave. Incredible service.

I have purchased three bicycles here over the past 8 years. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt pressured. The tune-ups and service are great. The owner has always taken care of me, often repairing or installing new components the same day.

We were looking into getting back into riding again after many years of not having the time
to ride. Stopped in this shop to be educated on newer bikes. After talking to the owner for about a half hour we bought two Dual sport bikes. He took the time to make sure that we had the proper size bikes and showed us some other options that some people use. He gave us the time we needed to feel comfortable about our decision and it was great not being pressured into buying a bike that was being pushed on us. It was a pleasure buying bikes from this business. We look forward to returning to buy accessories for our new bikes.
