Went into Manfredi Jewels with high standards and I was beyond impressed. I dealt with the Manager Robert the entire time I was there and he delivered exactly what I wanted and was able to do everything I had asked. I wouldn’t have wanted to go through the process of an engagement ring any other way. You can tell they know what they’re talking about and can give you all of the facts you need. My fiancé and I met with Dafina at Manfredi’s some months ago to get a feel for and choose what we wanted for my engagement ring. We were made to feel like family as soon as we walked in. The staff at Manfredi Jewels are second to none. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I always feel welcome, am never rushed, and they make fantastic recommendations with their wide selection of products. I worked with John Marna on some very special watch purchases, and he made sure that I was fully aware of all my options while staying within budget. Only stopped in to check what watches were available, to my surprise, they had a very large impressive collection of watches for sale. Staff are very nice and they're able to go negotiate some prices. Ended up coming out with a new watch band at least.

Only two things could make this store better, larger selection of in stock watch bands, and possibly becoming a NOMOS dealer. Unfortunately the nearest NOMOS dealer is NYC, then nowhere else in the New England area.

I brought two watches into the New Canaan store for cleaning and maintenance. The store advised me that they would have to send the watches to the Greenwich store for the work to be completed. Fine.

A few weeks later, they advised me that the work could not be complacent and gave me the watches back. Upon receipt of the watches, I noticed they stripped the screws and cracked the crystal on one watch and was informed later that they broke the spring on the second watch.

Both watches had to be sent to their respective manufactures at the cost of thousands of dollars.

Do not use this store for watch repair or maintenance
