MAPS is, without a doubt, the gold standard in customer service — not just in the copier world, but across any industry I’ve ever worked with. Our school district was stuck in a predatory lease with Canon Financial, and it was MAPS — specifically John Lavery and Alyssa Smith — who stepped in and guided us out of the complex and daunting lease with the kind of care, professionalism, and persistence you rarely see anymore.

John and Alyssa personally visit our schools on a regular basis. They don’t just drop in — they show up for our staff, listen, solve problems, and treat us like family. If something goes wrong, they’re on it immediately — like white on rice. We’ve never felt like “just another client.” They treat our needs with urgency and compassion, like we’re their own schools.
